Dear Guild Members,
Big news! The Guild has achieved its 501(c)(3) status as a nonprofit organization. Thanks to Denise and Ellen for getting this done! We are only waiting for the official paperwork, which has been delayed by the government shutdown.
As you are all aware, we are in the process of moving. Temporary quarters have been arranged, and because the space is smaller, we will have to be FLEXIBLE. Our elbow room will be a bit tight, but we know our members will do their best to stay positive!
IMPORTANT DATES:
The deadline for vacating the premises is November 30, 2025. The actual moving day is tentatively planned for November 18th. That's when we'll have movers transporting our packed items to the storage unit.
Members and former members should have already removed their personal property. If you can't make it to the Guild, please contact a fellow member to remove your property immediately.
Our storage unit has been reserved beginning on November 1st. Board members have access.
Although we have temporary quarters allowing sessions to go on as usual, and a possible permanent home is being investigated, we continue to be open to all solutions. Spacious and not too expensive.
