- Membership status ( those owing 2nd half year dues should be getting a notice in the mail from Charles)
- Art of the Horse show date
- Jon Houghton workshops (drawing WS and a painting WS, dates TBA)
- Electrical work to add new outlets for personal flood lamps
- Other workshops planned or recommended
- Bylaws update needed
- Holiday party date
- Guild spaces - organization and cleaning
- Auction/dispensation of unclaimed art materials
- Model pay rates
- Weekly workshop session preferences
